Abstract Submission Templates:

Abstracts have no specific restriction however try not to expand too much and try to avoid references and figures.
Abstract Submission procedure:
To submit an abstract, please be sure to be log on the website, and to have used one of the templates provided above. Next, go to "My submission" in the left column menu, and click on "submit an abstract":
Page 1: Metadata - Copy your presentation title - Select "oral" or "poster" presentation - Choose a theme. This is just indicative for the use of the organising comittee, your abstract may cover more than one theme but you just need to select one.
Page 2: Author(s) - Add authors using the blue button "Add an author (+)" next to the title "Author(s)", - You may add an affiliation by clicking below the author's name "Add an affiliation..." - You can edit or erase an author with the pen tool or the cross next to the name on the right hand side.
Page 3: File(s) - You can download the template in odt. If you wish to download the template in .docx, go the "Abstract information" in the left column menu. - Upload your abstract by clicking on "Parcourir..." to select the file and then "Upload" button. The file will be convered to pdf. - Check the pdf by clicking on the file. If necessary, you may erase the file by clicking on the cross on the right and you can then re-upload a file. - Please do not add any other files.
Page 4: Overview - Check your submission before clicking "Submit". - If you have any issues with the affiliations or authors in sciencesconf, be sure that it is correct on the abstract pdf and please notify us at ina18@cerege.fr
If you wish to submit several abstracts, you will need to repeat point 4 for each abstract.
